Let the new gardening season begin!

March 11, 2014 by Buffy

We are almost a month later starting the garden than last year.  The weather has just been too cold.  We have been keeping busy with starting some tomato and pepper seeds inside.

But today the weather is perfect for planting some early spring crops!  The garden has been tilled and ready for weeks.   Isn’t it pretty when it’s fresh tilled.

Today we planted potatoes, onions, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, beets and radishes!

How inspiriting is this post!! I am heading out today to plant a few seeds. I already have my onions in and they appear to be doing well. Isn’t this time of year exciting? I cannot wait to see how your garden progresses… keep us informed!!!

Thank you! I have been inspired this year from all the blogs I followed over the last year! I had never started tomatoes from seeds before! How easy! Wow! I love watching them grow!
